Star Tribune Notes Launch of I-35W Bridge Collapse Website

Today’s Star Tribune reports on the launch of, the political action website of collapse survivors Kimberly Brown and Mercedes Gorden.

Working with Brown and Gorden, space150 helped create the website to increase awareness of the many issues affecting the accident’s victims, including medical expenses that are not covered by insurance.

The site presents a list of victims’ injuries, an impact map, and memorial portraits of the 13 people who died in the tragedy. But the focus is on action, urging site visitors to contact their elected representatives in support of creating a Victim Compensation Fund to provide help for the victims and their families.
